How it works

  1. Your agent calls one of the tools above over MCP, with its question and any screenshots or files.
  2. The question is emailed to a real person. The call stays open while they read it.
  3. They answer in plain text, within minutes to hours.
  4. The reply comes back to your agent as the tool result. If the agent stopped waiting, human_await_reply picks the answer up later at no cost.
